About the Podcast

Live from the Afterlife
The Spiritual Persistence Conversations
You can be there when we "speak" with the afterlife!

In 1995, we began our spiritual conversations with the afterlife, contacting the spirit of Rikkity. Since then we have had thousands of such conversations. We have found these messages to be extremely insightful and helpful.

Over the years we have shared some of the transcripts of our communications but they felt second-hand in a way.

So, here are these "Live from the Afterlife" podcasts - live recordings of actual sessions.

Randy & Elissa Bishop-Becker

We are the team, Elissa and Randy, who engage in afterlife communication with Rikkity and her friends.

This 25+ year journey is in addition to Elissa's as Licensed Professional Counselor and Randy's as Unitarian Universalist Minister, both now retired. Residents of the Conch Republic (Key West), we are lovers of books, music, travel, beaches, and life.

Ericka (known as Rikkity in spirit) is our beloved daughter. She died in an automobile collision with a drunk driver on August 20, 1995. She was 20 years old, and going into her junior year at Yale.

8 days after Ericka’s death, we began communicating with her.

Spiritual Persistence is Rikkity’s name for the wisdom she shares in the form of Points to Ponder. It is a vision of the nature of spiritual and physical existence, of the continuity between life and death, of connection, and of our place in the universe. And it is guidance we follow that has helped us to learn, to heal from grief, and to live better lives.

We are here to share this wisdom and to explore what it means to you personally, as we learn from one another on this journey.
